ERICA VEASEY - DIRECTOR OF STAFFING

Erica Veasey has 14 years in the staffing industry. She started out working at Manpower Professional on a two week contract and found herself there 12 years later. She began as the receptionist and quickly worked her way to the role of recruiter. After 10 years as a Professional Recruiter, she was promoted to the Onsite Manager for Qualcomm. As the Onsite Manager, she was responsible for the temporary and consultant process. This included, full cycle recruiting, orientation, employee relations, terminations, and the development of policies and procedures. After two years of being an Onsite Manager, Qualcomm made Erica an offer to oversee the entire temporary and consultant process which included managing the vendor list and maintaining relationships with the internal customers. Erica performed this role successfully for two years and decided to return to the staffing industry. Erica's combination of employers will be valued at TalentFuse.
