As a new member of the TalentFuse team, Kelly focuses on sourcing talent for full time, permanent placements within the Information Technology sector. She is responsible for finding and screening qualified professionals and working directly with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and negotiate compensation to fuse the best talent with the best positions. Kelly brings several years of diverse experience to her new role as a talent recruiter. Before joining TalentFuse, she oversaw the hiring and placement of skilled trade workers at CLP, a large public company within the construction industry. While working as a corporate recruiter with Coors Brewing Company and Accenture, Kelly conducted creative sourcing, market research and public relations activities in the IT and services industry. Her diverse business experience combined with her degree in communications has enabled Kelly to excel in various arenas while maintaining the type of enthusiasm and energy that excites and motivates candidates and clients. Kelly's professional history, business savvy and excellent interpersonal skills make her a valuable addition to TalentFuse.
