REENA GEORGE - HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Reena has been heading the Human Resources team at SQL Star Intl Inc since 2004. Currently, she is the jack-of-all-trades and is involved in hiring, resource allocation, compensation, benefits, and compliance with laws and regulations affecting employees and the immigration issues. Most of her days are spent by handling employee inquiries, interviewing prospective employees, managing employee relations issues, maintaining an ethical culture, and coaching employees and management when needed. The rest of her time is spent taking care of juggling paperwork and talking on the telephone with service providers (insurance, health care, bank officers, attorneys etc.) and employees.

She received Bachelor's in Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University. Outside of work, she loves being a full time Mom to her daughter, Emma.
