REENA GEORGE - HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Reena has been heading the Human Resources team at SQL Star Intl Inc since 2003. Currently, she is the jack-of-all-trades and is involved in hiring, resource allocation, compensation, benefits, and compliance with laws and regulations affecting employees and the immigration issues. Most of her days are spent by handling questions, interviewing prospective employees, refereeing disputes between two mismatched personalities, firing employees, informing employees of small (or nonexistent) bonuses, maintaining an ethical culture, and reprimanding irresponsible employees. The rest of her time is spent taking care of paperwork and talking on the telephone with service providers (insurance, health care, bank officers, attorneys etc.) and employees.
She received Bachelors in Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University. Outside of work, she loves being a full time Mom to her daughter, Emma.
