Yasaman brings a wealth of experience in business development, management, sales, and marketing within diverse industries. Yasaman is responsible for driving the overall client marketing and business development strategy while overseeing a team of Business Development Managers and Talent Agents. Prior to joining TalentFuse, Yasaman was the Branch Manager of one of the world's largest staffing agencies. Along with governing the day-to-day operations of the premier division of the company, Yasaman's responsibilities included the management of integral client relationships with numerous Fortune 500 companies. Yasaman's previous experience also includes sales/marketing positions held at manufacturing and telecommunication firms, as well as a freelance business consultant. Combining some "industry variety" with an education in American Literature, Yasaman is a well-rounded professional whose previous experience and business acumen provide her with the necessary tools to be a most effective asset at TalentFuse.

• Why recruiting or sales? Sales and Recruiting are second nature to me. I chose to work in this field because I feel that I can make a difference in a person's life. We help people meet their potential and seek a career for themselves, not only a job.
• How did I get here? After dropping out of law school, I was lost and had no direction. The very next day a friend told me of an opening at the staffing agency she worked at. I started working for this nationwide staffing agency almost 10 years ago, which opened the door and led me to the path of recruiting.
