Businesses eager to meet the day-to-day challenges of Web site development without tying up too many internal resources along the way may want to turn to TalentFuse.

The San Diego-based recruiting and staffing company announced Sept. 13 that it has partnered with the Jacob Tyler Creative Group to launch a new information technology service division offering outsourcing options for Web management. Jacob Tyler, a full-service design firm specializing in Web design and development, is also based in San Diego.

Under the TalentFuse company umbrella, the new division, which is now operating and accepting clients, handles the building, branding and managing of corporate Web sites.

"Jacob Tyler Creative Group brings a level of expertise to our organization," said Brian Margarita, the chief executive officer of TalentFuse. "That expertise complements our own as a top IT staffing firm, giving our clients the valuable option of having us provide them with IT personnel to manage Web development projects, or now, turning the entire project over to manage for them."

Clients of Jacob Tyler include America Online, Intel, Gateway and San Diego-based Qualcomm Inc.

"We are excited at the opportunity to work with TalentFuse," said Les Kollegian, creative director of Jacob Tyler. "Our partnership will add a key element to their client services repertoire by addressing the creative needs of the customer."
