The San Diego office was so successful that it grew eleven times bigger than our original parent company in Canada. We grew so quickly and so large that we literally out-paced our parent company and decided to make a move and break out on our own. HOW WE WORK We pride ourselves on our refinement of the recruitment screening process. When we submit a candidate to work for a client, they go through a rigorous screening, which entails several reference checks and a 60-90 minute interview with one of our "talent agents" who recruits specifically for technology related positions. The agent runs through a multitude of interview questions before even mentioning whom the client is-so we know the candidate's goals and can determine if they are the best fit for the client and or position. In this way, we work like a traditional talent agency and can guarantee both parties that we're making solid matches. RESOURCES Our recent merger with SQL Star has allowed us to significantly expand our reach and obtain even more skilled on shore talent for our clients. We have staffed and completed projects of every size-from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. In addition, we have leveraged SQL Star's world-wide learning institutions, which certify many thousands of IT workers each year allowing us to incubate technical skill sets and bring in qualified professionals to projects as needed.
