FIVE - STEP PROCESS

There are five common steps to filling a position and we're here to serve you, our client, every step of the way:

1 The 'getting to know you' phase
2 We find and pre-screen candidates
3 We make the match and create a short list
4 We act as messenger in the interview phase
5 We manage the job offer and close the deal

WE GET TO KNOW YOU

We want to know about you and your company so that we can find the person who fits best in your organization. We want to know about the culture of the company: are you a button-down or casual Friday type company? Do you want someone who is outgoing or someone who keeps to themselves?

DATABASE OF TALENT

We've got a database full of the top talent in San Diego. We also cast out a wide net based on your particular job requisition. We screen everyone that we meet, including a preliminary interview, reference checks, and background checks (where appropriate.) Our interviews are thorough; making sure that we understand the person inside and out, and that we understand their current needs and ultimate goals.

THE MATCH

Once we figure out the best candidates for the best positions, we get the permission of the candidate to submit him or her to you. This is a critical step because we want to ensure that everyone is comfortable with the connection that we're making.

By matching the candidate's hard and soft skills with the specific details of your company culture, we are able to identify a short list of strong candidates for you to consider. We take out most of the leg work associated with staffing and that will save you time, frustration, and money.

INTERVIEW & POST INTERVIEW

We'll work with you and the candidate to coordinate the best time for a job interview. We prepare you for the interview by providing you with the resume and some personal notes that are a result of our interview. This will give you an outside perspective with reasons why we think that this candidate might work well in the position.

The interview is just one step along the road. We follow up to find out what you think, and what how the candidate felt about the interview. We keep everyone in the loop with the most recent developments.

MANAGING OFFERS TO A CLOSE

When you decide that our candidate is a fit, we manage the salary negotiation process. This is the most crucial and sensitive stage in the hiring process. You will benefit from our years of experience. Since we know the candidate, the final negotiation phase is predictable and stress free. We also play a key role in wrapping up loose ends: such as availability dates, family concerns, and any relocation costs that might complicate things.
